JJI-Loft

The JJI-Loft system by James Jones & Sons Ltd. in conjunction with Simpson Strong Tie is a loft conversion system that is much faster and safer than the conventional steel girder method, more convenient to the home owner and less intrusive to neighbouring properties.
Until recently converting a loft or adding a room above a domestic garage required the installation of steel girders and penetrating party walls where adjoining properties are involved. The JJI-Loft system utilizes JJI-Joists and Simpson Strong Tie JES (Joist End Support) supports to permit floor joists to continue right into the eaves of the roof, thus providing useful storage space and an instant safe floor deck when boarded.
JJ-IntelliRoof™

The JJ-IntelliRoof™ is a fully engineered panelised solution for fast onsite erection of a fully decked, insulated, watertight, braced Room in Roof. The system is independent of the building construction method and can be used with traditional masonry construction or timber frame with equal ease.
The JJ-IntelliRoof™ brings the proven benefits of JJI-Joists to both the floor and roof elements of Room in Roof construction. The system consists of lightweight prefabricated cassettes to form the floor followed by standard timber frame spandrel panels up to ceiling level. A top hat section is then assembled at ground level and lifted into place on top of the spandrels resulting in a substructure ready to receive the roof cassettes. The roof cassettes are then lifted into place and fixed to the substructure using proprietary fixings.

The JJ-Screedflo system by James Jones & Sons Ltd. in conjunction with Screedflo Ltd. is a fully engineered solution for fast onsite screed finished floors. The system is independent of the building construction method and can be used with traditional masonry construction or timber frame with equal ease.
The JJ-Screedflo System brings the proven benefits of JJI-Joists and anhydrite screeds to typical floor constructions. The system consists of a standard JJI-Joist structural floor overlaid with a 2 layer acoustic board followed by a waterproof slip membrane with the lightweight, self levelling gypsum anhydrite screed poured on top to give a smooth finished surface.
